Energetic Integrity: Learn How to Heal Your Energy Boundaries

When your energetic boundaries are weak or leaking, you might experience things like:

• Frequent colds or infections
• Disrespect in relationships
• Compassion fatigue
• Finding it very hard to say no
• A general feeling of blahhhhhh and/or hidden resentment.

In this 75-minute intro to energy healing workshop, we will repair your energetic shield using simple, but deep visualization techniques. You’ll be guided to (1) see your own energy boundaries, (2) identify injuries to your energetic integrity and (3) heal them. Once the energetic healing is done, it will become easier (sometimes it seems like magic, the resistance can be completely gone!) to make the decisions and set the boundaries you need to fully plug those leaks.
