Healing Presence Moment
We each have a chance to be healed & heal through our connection to one another. The key? A certain way of paying attention.
In this session, you’ll be guided through a series of meditations and exercises that will hone that way of paying attention and take you from feeling isolated to connected.
It’s a gentle hour to practice healing compassion with yourself, to be held compassionately and to hold someone else. Mindfulness, a moment of shared humanity and kindness are all on the agenda.
You will need to be in a position to turn on your camera and your mic for a portion of the meeting.
