Cait
You already know. This work helps you trust that again.
My person is standing at a threshold. They feel a pull toward something - or a quiet, persistent sense that something is off - and they're not quite sure whether to trust it. They've been carrying a question for months, sometimes years. They've journaled it, researched it, talked it through with people they trust. They've had moments where they knew. Then talked themselves out of it. Or someone else did. By the time they find me, the exhaustion isn't about the problem being complicated. It's about practicing self-override for so long that their own knowing starts to feel unreliable. What shifts in our work together isn't that the answers suddenly appear. It's that the internal argument quiets. Curiosity begins to replace self-judgment. There's more continuity - less performing, less shape-shifting. The intuition stops feeling irrational. They walk out not needing certainty or anyone else's permission to take an honest next step.
Cait's journey
I'm Cait. My work is devoted to one thing: helping you hear yourself. Not a new self. Not a better version. The one that's already here, already whole, already legitimate - even when it doesn't feel that way. I believe your particular slice of life holds real weight in this world, and I've seen what happens when people start to feel that as true rather than downplay it or just understand it as an idea. I work online, which means wherever you are, we can do this. If you've arrived here feeling a little off, a little behind, a little unsure whether you can trust what you feel - I understand that feeling from the inside. And I think you're closer than you think.
For a long time, I was a dedicated seeker. I want to be honest about that, because I actually like that about myself - the curiosity, the hunger to understand. But underneath it, without quite knowing it, I was operating from the quiet assumption that I was incomplete or flawed. That something needed to be fixed. I moved through coaches and books and practices and healers with an unspoken directive: *make me good, please.* What I was missing - and it took a while to really land - was the remembrance that I am already whole. Unconditionally. Full stop. Not once I figure things out. Not once I sort the patterns or quiet the thoughts I find embarrassing. Now. That felt foreign at first. Like an idea I had to keep returning to. Reiki was the thing that made it real rather than conceptual - because it didn't ask me to build anything or exert anything. It asked me to soften. To get out of my own way. To let something that didn't need my mind's permission do its work. That humbled me. And it changed the entire direction of what I wanted to offer.
“It's not out there. It's already in here - all of it, all of you.”

- Reiki master
- I've studied under two incredible Usui Reiki teachers. My first program with Meghan Charles in Baltimore, Maryland, provided my foundational understanding and attunements of Reiki. I graduated that program craving additional training and a deeper understanding of the practice, leading me to my next teacher, Inge Broer. Studying Reiki and other intuitive modalities has been such a rich experience so far, and one that I know will continue for as long as I'm here! I consider myself a forever student, seeking new perspectives and mastery in these areas I feel most passionate about.

Our sessions are online, which means you come as you are, from wherever you are. Each session begins with a short conversation - not a debrief or an intake form, but a moment to orient ourselves and set a gentle frame of intention. From there, you receive Reiki. Afterward, there's space to reflect and integrate what you noticed. I listen closely in the parts where we speak, and I tend to hear what isn't being said - the thing underneath the question you came in with. I intuitively locate what I connect with as the most honest version of you and keep our work tethered to that, treating it as an anchor rather than a target. This isn't linear work. It doesn't follow a fixed course. But if you're willing to slow down and try a different approach - one that doesn't require you to have it figured out before you arrive - I think you'll find this is a great place to land.
“Meeting Cait and experiencing her work has become one of my life's greatest gifts. She helped me slow down and remember I am whole, in every stage. Her thoughtful approach allowed me to understand exactly where I was blocked and care for that area as garden to be nourished rather a wall to be demolished. - Joel B.”
“Before our Reiki session I was feeling stuck around motivation. During and after I felt so much connection to positive possibilities. I felt that ideas beneath the surface were accessible. I really felt heard and held. I really had fun in session imagery and it stayed with me! I think these sessions with Cait would be best for anyone in need of grounding, positivity and calming. Especially people who feel blocked. There will be shifts and improvements! Don’t miss the opportunity to feel unstuck. - Mari M.”
“Cait made me feel comfortable and understood right away. It felt ok that I didn't have a real plan or goal to hand her with our session. It was a safe place to be messy. I didn't have to come to her with a plan, just a desire to see what happens, and that was enough. - Mary D.”
A Reiki session with me is a place to land and reorient toward yourself. Our time together includes a short opening conversation to set a frame of intention, a period of receiving Reiki, and space at the end to reflect and integrate what you experienced. This is deep, personal work with no cut-and-dry finish line. It doesn’t follow a linear path. Our course may shift, surprise you, or lead somewhere unexpected - but we’ll trust the intelligence of what brought you here. Whatever reveals itself will be welcomed and honored. This is a sacred space to meet the parts of you that are asking for your full, present attention.
Reiki is a complementary energy practice and not a substitute for medical or mental health care.
My Reiki sessions are separate from my coaching practice. In coaching, we'd spend more time noticing patterns, excavating information, and reorienting to new possibilities. In Reiki sessions, we're anchoring in and staying connected to a more narrow intention that feels alive right now.
